Decal Application

Before you start

  • Wash hands and make sure you are installing on a smooth flat surface that is clean. 

Removable Wall Decals

  1. Make sure the surface is clean and completely dry.
  2. Start at the top of the decal and peel the backing away about 10cms.
  3. Stick that area to the wall first. 
  4. Gradually pull the rest of the backing paper away while smoothing the decal onto the wall.
  5. Decals can be reused and repositioned, however need to be pulled off the wall slowly and placed back onto the backing paper provided to keep away from dust. 

Vinyl Wall Decals

Take care and go slowly when installing vinyl decals as they are not repositionable. 

  1. Make sure the surface is clean and completely dry.
  2. Start at the top of the decal and peel the backing away about 10cms.
  3. Stick that area to the wall first. 
  4. Gradually pull the rest of the backing paper away while smoothing the decal onto the wall using a credit card or ruler. 
  5. Decals are not reusable and cannot be repositioned. 
  6. Small bubbles near edges can be pushed out. If you have one near the middle, you can put a small pin prick into it to release the air.
